Bibliophiles, rejoice!  The Regency Society of Virginia cordially invites you to join our book club.   Our Tuesday evening group will feature a variety of titles, either from or about the early 19th century.  All are welcome to participate regardless of membership status with the RSV, but you must register in order to get the login credentials to join us on Zoom for our discussion.

While reading the "assigned" section is, of course, encouraged to enhance the discussion, if you don't have an opportunity to complete the reading, you are still most welcome to listen in.

This session will feature: Diary of an Early American Boy by Eric Sloane

Based on the diary of 15-year-old Noah Blake written in 1805, this book is packed full of explanations and illustrations of the tools and tasks of daily life with which rural early 19th century Americans would have been familiar.
