Come explore Lynchburg's Old City Cemetery, the oldest municipal cemetery in Virginia still currently in use.  Established in 1806, this "grave garden" boasts a rich history and beautiful landscaping, including the largest public collection of antique roses in the Commonwealth.  Our group will be taking part in a private guided tour of this 27-acre park which will feature the oldest sections of the cemetery and allow time for participants to explore the five small house museums on the property.

This event is open to both RSV members and non-members alike.  Period attire (particularly mourning attire!) is encouraged but not required.
