Volunteers are needed to share the civilian perspective during the British occupation of Alexandria following the burning of Washington in 1814.  Participants must be able and willing to interact with the public on the subject of civilian life in the early 19th century in general as well as share some specifics about the situation in Alexandria at the time portrayed (which can be provided). Period attire that conforms to guidelines provided by the event organizers must be worn.
